The lost Cathedral

This is my first really huge scene. I had to work very hard on it, because this same space takes part in another different scenes and there are a lot of different props and textures. So there are some props modelled in high and low adapting to each one so the number of geometry didn't exceed my computer abilities. I also worked a lot with proxies to achieve that.

After having that, lighting was quite a challenge: it had to be natural, it had to create a contrast between light and shadow and it had to be optimized (and there are lot of light entrances). It took me a lot of time to find the perfect balance between all these things and keeping an affordable render time with all the volumetrics.

In the future I will upload the other scenes and some more details about it! If you have any advice, it is welcome!
